Holiday Pay
After meeting specific requirements, Axiom associates are eligible for holiday pay. In addition, an employee must work the day before and the day after the observed holiday. Holiday pay is eight hours compensation calculated at your current assignment hourly rate.

Axiom provides resource information to employees regarding medical, dental and vision insurance from an independent provider. An employee may enroll at any time in an independent plan that best suits his or her needs, with the knowledge that the insurance plan may remain with the individual regardless of employment status.

Referral Bonuses
A referral bonus is paid to an Axiom employee whenever a referred individual completes his/her first 40 hours of work.
