Axiom began working with this family-owned company in September 2017.
We built a program to place food production associates and general distribution employees, such as shipping and receiving associates and palletizing associates. In serving this client partner, it has been critical for us to follow and help enforce strict food safety guidelines for our associates.
We quickly built a headcount of over 50 contingent employees and were forecasted to reach close to 100 in total.
Our team established a process to allow for headcount adjustments designed to properly accommodate workflow.
We also provided daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on time and attendance, turnover rates, and fill rates.
