Axiom was assigned the first shift and weekend shift for E-commerce associates at a Chambersburg, PA cosmetics distribution facility.
Additional associates were placed on remaining shifts when needed.
The top head count last year equaled 120 Axiom associates.
Designated Axiom on-site and shift team leads were added.
Employees were recruited from the nearest Axiom branch.
On-site job fairs, prizes and attendance incentives were offered.
Access to facility timeclocks for real-time punches, attendance monitoring and coaching were used.
